Hi there,

  My name is Lee and I live in Upstate N.Y. I am an avid hunter and smoker. I have been using a Brinkman small electric smoker. But, I just bought a Smoke Hollow Pro Series 44". I can't wait to get it and try it out. I will be trying my hand at smoking summer sausage and slim sticks. I have made the slim sticks before but I dried them in the oven. I'm sure it's not the same.

  I look forward to any input and tips for my new adventure.. Thank you all ahead of time.
