I am not new to smoking. I just bought my first propane smoker I have always used either electric or charcoal. I now live in Coraopolis Pa. I moved here from Nevada where I worked in a gold mine. I am now retired.  I have hunted and fished all my life. I like to make my own bacon and anything else I can put in the smoker
