Hi everyone, I live in Arizona and have bought my first smoker. Am wanting to know EVERYTHING about smoking things. I grow all my own veggies and even have  a green house this year. Which I have my first zuchinni that started. I also have 10 horses , 10 dogs , 1 cat, 3 large fish in the pond and 55 hens and 7 roosters. Am hoping I learn something new here .
