how well and often do you clean your WSM?

I've done 3 smokes so far and have cleaned just the grates and water pan after each.

Don't have that particular smoker but it is pretty much the same with most. I clean the grates and flush out the water pan. Remember to foil it then add your water or sand. This will make its clean up, much easier. Eventually when I get in the mood, I clean out the base and the back of the door a bit.
