How to add knobs to Holland Grill?

I bought a house that came with Holland Grill The previous owner placed this grill within a counter. The problem is the knobs are too stiff to turn it on and off Would it be possible to buy these knobs and let them add it on? Here are the pictures

If you're talking about the gas valves that shouldn't be a big deal to replace, is there another main cutoff or just that one in the picture? If you don't have much experience with gas and piping it would be worth it to pay someone. Looks like a well made unit though, clean her up and put a fresh coat of stove paint on and it would almost be like new.
