How Thin is "Thin" for TBS?  I can see through it....almost transparent.  AMZNPS is generating Smoke in the MES.   I am thinking that any thicker is too much.

If I can't see it or get a pic of it?  But I still smell the sweet goodness the minute I step out the back door?  I think that is about perfect.

Thanks, Todd!

Good luck and good smoking.

X2    As a newbie I asked a similar question and was told, " If you can smell smoke you got smoke..." Many times I could not see smoke but could smell it very well. I would open my MES and the AMNPS was still lit and all was fine. The amount of visible smoke depends on how much Pellets, Chips or Chunks are burning. With the AMNPS there is not a whole lot until the row gets really going, about 30 minutes in, then increases as the burn turns the corner. Bottom line, it doesn't take much to flavor the meat. Follow your Nose...JJ
