Getting a Horizon Classic 16. How much wood should one buy? Found a source near me, offer significant variety both with bark and barkless. Normally do a mix?

Buy all you can afford, with or without bark (doesn't matter). Then begin buying meat every time it's on sale. Then try to use up all the wood you can until you can afford some more. The trick is to find a way to have enough money, meat and wood to support the habit that you now have.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe
