I just did a rack of ribs, a pork loin tip, a spatchcock chicken, rib trimmings, & 6 sausages & still had room for more but I built a shelf out of old BBQ grates that sits about 4 inches above the regular grate & that worked out great

Ribs & chicken take up a lot of space. You could do your butts and when they are done and resting you could smoke some chicken- only appox 2 hour smoke.

I cooked two butts and three racks of baby backs last Sunday. I filled the entire cooking space with 15 pounds of thighs and drumsticks last Friday. You can put a lot of food in there if you want to.Hey all,
