6lbs of regular cut...4 Ribeye, 3 Ribsteaks. I could do 9 bls of thick cut (1.25")...hmm...
I had to take a break after 8 hours of equipment prep for the trip to our family reunion on the 15th. Sheesh, I haven't even eaten today...time for some steaks and a lil' qview, I say!!!
The bone-in @ 2-oclock is broiled steak seasoning, the rest are Canadian Steak...just a few minutes after hitting the grill:
