How long can I keep a loin in the fridge marinating.

was frozen, then thawed, injected,rubbed and wrapped.

may not be able to get to them until 3 full days...that ok?

need to know asap.
 
It's probably okay spoilage-wise. Moistness could suffer a little bit if you have a lot of salt in your rub. Check how much liquid has escaped.

Nothing a few strips of bacon, draped over the top while smoking can't solve.

thanks - i didn't want to take any chances and i stayed uup late with them- hickory smoke too strong, but very moist and good!
