How do you post pics

I was having a hard time the last few days posting a thread with pics. Almost notified a moderator. For some reason my IE just wouldn't upload the pics in the thread...it just froze up. I remembered this happened with pics in Snapfish and I was told to use Firefox. I tried using that and it worked?? I don't understand 'why' or 'how come' but it did. So, yesterday I tried posting the new thread using Firefox and the pics loaded up just fine.

There were some issues yesterday.  Dont know why tho.  But I have reported it.

I use Firefox and have no issues anymore.
