I'm cooking (2) 9 LB Pork Shoulders in a BGE.

Everything was fine at 11pm when i went to bed...BBQ temp was 225 and meat temp was 160ish.

I slept through my alarm and now the BBQ temp is 88 and meat temp is 130.

AM i dead in the water? Company gets here in 6 hours!

Don't give up.
Start your fireback up and cook at 275

Wrap in foil tightly.

This has happen to me before also...

Not to be a smart butt - but have you considered investing in a good remote thermometer with an alarm? Myself, I leave nothing to chance. If my BGE (or any other unit) goes above or below the set range, it sounds an alarm.
