Hot sticks with a capital H

 guy at work wanted some sticks that would make him sweat . claims to be a pepper-head but hasn't had the ghost pepper yet.

 made a small batch of what i call  3 pepper sticks

#116 stick mix

 1tsp ghost pepper powder

2 tsp habanero powder

1 tsp cayenne pwder

 they are blooming now i will post a pic when i cut them and try one

There is a difference between making him sweat and thermo-nuclear war. I would have to wear a respirator when opening the smoker to check on those!!!!  Should be called WW-3 Pepper Sticks.  If you survive them, you are more than fit to inherit the earth....

how many pounds of meat did you use? any buttermilk powder? thanks!

How did the guy at work like these sticks? Were they hot enough for him?

I know I wouldn't be trying them because I'm a whimp when it comes to that kind of heat!

wSorry guys didn't get pics of the finished sticks. I thought
They were perfect! Brought you to the edge of the cliff of being to hot
Then it just sat there for a few minutes. The habanero made it linger for a little while
. Most od those that tried them liked it.a few sys the rain dance. My wife yelled at me!
Willow definitely be makwing again.
