Greetings,
With the help from you pepper plant experts my ghost pepper plant is putting out a nice bunch of peppers. Serranos also.
I would like to try making some hot sauce. I purchased some fermentation lids and jars.
I googled it but hope the pros here can help me out with proven step by step instructions.
Advanced warning, I will have a lot of questions so, please be patient with me.
I appreciate any help I can get.

I made some hot sauce a while back without fermentation. It was pretty easy and turned out good. No experience with fermentation.

I do this yearly with different peppers. Fermenting is really the best IMHO as I think it really brings out the flavors and makes a very stable product.
