Woah, that would be pretty hot in my book.to give you reading this an idea of what people are asking me to make,
for 10 lbs meat i am using the normal amount of mild country smoked sausage seasoning + 4 tablespoons red pepper powder + 2 teaspoons of hobanero powder .....and can you believe some want it hotter !!!
i have refused to make it hotter than this !!
i really enjoy the mild ones, though I'm sure most others will like the hot ones.
