If you like it like this Adam then you should try the hotter and Faster Method by Check Mic. And this method still allows for spinning.

PC that’s some fine looking food! Both the chicken and ribs looks perfect. I cook hotter and faster than many do quite a bit and love the results.

Is that how you do your steaks? I remember a pic you took of meat case of Japanese a5 strip steaks, but didn't see a post on it... did I miss it? Wanted to know how it turned out for ya.
