Hot Masterbuilt Smoker

I have a Masterbuilt propane smoker, I can't get the temperature any lower then 400 degrees. Any suggestions?

I had to install a needle valve and new regulator. Also do vent adjustments

Had same problem. Had to install a gas needle valve, go to a local hardware store and they should be able to help you.
