  That looks great!!! I have never tried that so I copied the recipe as well as the Calculator, Thx for posting this I am going to be making this one..... Point!!!!

Is it already figured for the 7 pounds? 16.8 ozs of beer

16.8 ozs of beer per pound !!

Must be why he only makes 7 pounds at a time.

Be a little rough doing 20 pound batches!!

I hear you     That sheet is my excel "fill in the weight" and it calculates how much  that was for 7 lbs.

Who knows might try adding 16 oz of beer per lb next time

I think it should say 3 beers. 1for the sausage and two to drink while making it?? Does that work?
