Not sure where I got this from but its GREAT! cut cayenne by 1/4
Freeze it for 1 hour turning after 1/2 hour
This was a double batch ... 2X water
smear (not good enough)
Seasoning spot on but a bit hot I used 1/2 cayenne
Real good smear!
rest over night ... time to stuff
Pack tight!
So if you look close the top half is stuffed
But the bottom 6 are PACKED.. just testing snap when cooked
