I've done at least 100 briskets low and slow with great results. Short on time for a dinner, I decided I would try hot and fast. We were not disappointed!
 
Please give us the details (of how you cooked the brisket.) watching....
 
Looking forward to seeing this, I started the hot & fast method (270-280) a couple of years ago & never looked back!

So. I trimmed and injected with Butchers Brisket Injection and used Killer Hogs BBQ rub and then SPG
Using Cherry Wood in my WSM 22
Royal Oak lump..
