Horseradish

If ya are talkin about me I start with about 1/3 cup Sour cream and fold in horseradish to taste. I dash of salt and good to go. Not really a recipe.

My favorite: Horseradish crusted Filet!

its pure rocket science, real blue cheese, a crushed saltine or two and horse radish. Put it all in a little pot and melt/ mix it up. Apply to steak a few mins before you pull it.
