Homemade Sausage McMuffins

Love making these on the griddle when camping. They are a big hit with my son, in-laws and niece. They always request them when we go.

Very good....sausage/egg McMuffins became the default breakfast on the 7 week road trip I just finished...camper has micro wave for heating the frozen purchased sausage patties....but the next breakfast sausage session will include egg McMuffin size patties...Great road breakfast..!
