So after a good 2 days burn in and working out the kinks i finally got to throw a BBQ for the family on the new grill. I am in love with this thing!!!! My first stick burner and i am just so impressed. Heats evenly burns nice and clean and dont take too much to keep her going! The brisket was on for 12 hrs yesterday so ive got her pretty dialed in now. Thanks too all you who have put so much info up here!!! You guys really made it too easy to follow and execute. 10 days ago i got a tank from a scrap yard and today i have leftover ribs in the fridge! Awesome!!!

Thanks again i look forward to the next build now that this one works so well!!!!

Thanks a bunch guys! Im in love with it. Been tweeking and looking for better wood now. Out in the praries fruit wood is few and far between. She held the temp awesome for 12 hrs straight without having to mess with it much just using charcoals and applewood sticks with the odd birch. Dont know how much wood is normal for a long cook but i was supprised i didnt use more.

Mel, morning....    Members found, when they installed the upper air inlet on the FB, heat was easily maintained in the CC and fuel usage was reduced...   Great job on the smoker...   Dave
