With the Holidays almost here,I though I would start a list of handy tips, prep.ideas and where to go for list. Please feel free to add or comment on anything that may help guide our friends to enjoyable Holiday meals..

For brining a Turkey,I have found food grade buckets(5gal.)for free at the local Bakery,wash the bucket out and you are good to go for less $ than the Box stores.
 
I always brine mine in the big 2 1/2 gallon zip lock bags and put them in the veggie keeper in the fridge, they fit right in there perfectly.

Al, where do you get them? Biggest I can find are 1 gal.
