Please forgive the non BBQ post, but wanted to share.
And maybe not your typical holiday meal but ...


Start with some homemade corn tortillas

Beef chuck, seared in chunks

Sauce (rehydrated chiles, spices, etc) for braising beef

After braising in consomé sauce, shred beef for tacos

Dip tortillas in consomé, then fry with beef and cheese

Top birria tacos with more consomé and pico

Nice looking Birria! I love that stuff, but had to take a break after making it non stop for a few months prepping for a contest🤣 if you have any stew left it works really good with ramen noodles too. Great work!
