Hog/Pig Smoker

    Doing some research before I pull the trigger on this build.  

    Was gonna make one way smaller but decided I would be nice to have the option to smoke a whole hog

    My Question is how big does the cooking area need to be to smoke a whole hog?

  2. How big is the hog? how is it being cut?

    a 80 pound pig, butterflied will take up about a 3x5 area. Obviously the bigger the pig the bigger the platform.
