I'm having a couple people over to my place this weekend for my b-day and I'm trying to decide what to make for snacks. I'm thinking something fairly easy and not too time consuming as I'll only be at home for about an hour before they start to show up. So, I'm thinking the obvious ABTs, and maybe some bacon wrapped shrimp. Anyone else care to throw out some ideas for something quick and easy, snack type things I could make?

thanks in advance!
Mike

Get the dutch oven out?

Deep fry some wings and fries? Quick and easy, all done in less than 30 minutes:-)

OH-- I almost forgot, slice some leftover smoked meat, like pork loin, or even fattie, and batter it up, drop it in the hot oil for a minute or two---You will love it.

Try some bacon wrapped sea scallops, or sautee them and stuff them into your ABT's with some pecorino ramano or sharp provolone.
