Meat Mopper
We are shooting bows out at my buddy's house all day and he was talking about doing some butts on his Pitt Barrel Cooker while we are shooting. I thought about instead of butts, maybe doings some chuckies for pulling instead just to give them a try. I was just curious how chuckies do at higher temps in the 275-300 range? His cooker don't like to run below that range and I just want to make sure they will still be ok for pulling. I plan to wrap them at about 165 or so. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
