all smoked at 225 degrees using SMOKIN BROTHERS 100% HICKORY APPLE PELLETS in AMNPS. Pork loin to an IT of 145 degrees Mac n cheese and Broccoli n cheese for an hour

Yeah it was very tasty, ate till i was full,then ate some more to the point of belly burst. Then into a food coma. We've all been there before
