All recipes are family recipes 20190612_174751.jpg 20190612_182011.jpg 20190612_190325.jpg 20190612_190336.jpg all smoked at 225 degrees using SMOKIN BROTHERS 100% HICKORY APPLE PELLETS in AMNPS. Pork loin to an IT of 145 degrees Mac n cheese and Broccoli n cheese for an hour 20190612_191630.jpg

    That all looks fantastic! Never thought about smoking broccoli and cheese before might have to give that a try!

    Yeah it was very tasty, ate till i was full,then ate some more to the point of belly burst. Then into a food coma. We've all been there before

    Yes you should try it very yumiful. I quick steamed for about 10 minutes the put in Smoker.
