Hi Meat People! Some pics to share. Paired some nice rib-eye with garden veggies on the faithful hibachi just today! Fresh picked.... Prepared... Set to go... Ended up wishing I had made more of these...tomato and olive oil topped with mozzarella and green onion and just barely dusted with paprika...so damn good!!! Business accomplished...meat just about right.... Medium. The goal and oah so delicious no sauce needed! Cheers!!!
