Hi,
I am in the UK and a first time Smoker, I am taking delivery on Monday 23/12/13 of a Large BigGreenEgg and hopefully will be up and running over Xmas.
Have bought the Recipes for the rub and the BBQ sauce so should be an expert in no time ha ha ha.
