Hi Folks,
Steve here. New to the SMF.
Live in central Virginia.
Work in the IT side of business for real job
Live on small farm and raise cattle. Lowline Angus crossed with miniature Herefords. No need to have huge crane and saws to process one! Like doing a 800lb hog.
Love BBQ and have smoked lots of different meats and fish.
Currently making a RF smoker out of a 95 gallon stainless steel round tank.
