about how my friend cooks his ribs. I dont cook them that way and I never took the temp of ribs. I have no idea how long they

to get to 140 when he is only cooking at 150. Im new at this stuff and am having a little trouble figuring out how to get around

this site. First time I have tried this kind of thing.

Welcome to SMF Jay!

Most folks smoke their ribs at a pit temp anywhere from 225-300.

In my opinion ribs are done when the IT reaches 190-200.

Don't know how you get to that smoking them at 150.
