I live in Gig Harbor, WA and I'm recently retired from the entertainment industry. I enjoy smoking fish and am slowly branching out to veggies and cheese. Soon I'll consider smoking various meats with my holy grail of making a killer pastrami. I live on the water and watch the native American fishermen out there catching salmon etc. I feel bad for the fish and boycott taking King Salmon which our dear Orcas depend on and which are rapidly disappearing. But oh my smoked Coho Salmon...so delicious. I have a Masterbuilt Pro smoker with a DIY side box for cold smoking. In it I use the A-MAZ-N Maze style pellet smoke generator for cold smoking. I'm always interested in learning new stuff about bbq.
