I have been smoking for a few years. I have a barrel smoker, works great. I need a bigger smoker. So I ordered a Oaklahoma Joe's bandera. It came in damaged. The replacement will be here Tuesday. I need to seal it. Looks like I need lavalock gaskets and red food grade sealer. Anyone done this?
