Hi. My name is Paul, but everyone calls me Curly. That is how I will be signing things. I just got a Chargriller with the side fire box and smoked my first slab of spare ribs with apple wood (I knew those apple trees would come in handy when I cut them down). If my first attempt tastes this good, I can't wait to get good at it.   Another rabbit hole......
