Hi from Middle Georgia

I have been dabbling in smoking using my gas Chargriiler with wood chips and a water pan. Actually, the results have been pretty good and can't wait to go  charcoal and wood. I will have a WSM in a couple weeks and looking forward to trying it out. I am looking for any input and always running around the site here looking at everything all have to offer. What a treasure drove of info! Anyway, hi from Middle Ga.
