My name is Don. My son Cameron and I are The Lakeside Smokers.

We have a couple of years experience smoking meats and vegetables

We currently use a Charbroil horizontal smoker, but just got a Dyna-Glo 1890

vertical smoker. Looking foward to adding some pics and getting advice from others here
