Hi from Kentucky

I just wanted to pop in real quick and say hello before I start posting in other forums. I'm from Lexington Kentucky and so far the only smokes I have under my belt are the few butterflied chickens I've done on my sloppy looking UDS. It's nothing special, but it gets the job done.

I built it from plans all over the net and I'm still learning the hang on it. The little thermo I have mounted under the cooking grate just isn't getting the job done though. I really need to invest in one of those dual-probe Maverick thermometers I've read so much about on here. Any, I hope to talk to you all soon.
