Hi ! Just thought I would stop by and introduce myself. My name is Melissa and Im extremely new to this whole meat smoking thing. In the begining of August I bought my husband a meat smoker for his birthday (Masterbuilt electric), now I find that I'm the one obsessed with using it.  I love to cook to begin with, but theres just something about the smell of that smoke that I love. We've only used the smoker once so far (baby back ribs), but I look forward to throwing something in there whenever I have a free weekend.
