Hello all,
new here... as u can see. Been reading the forums a lot. Started smoking a little over a year ago. Nothing fancy.. Just a stand up biggest I could afford amazon special...lol. I can BBQ but smoking is a whole new learning curve. I'm having fun most of the time......took 16 hrs for a pork butt once...lol. But learning a lot form the internet. Glad to be here.
In fact I'm trying smoked hamburgers wrapped in bacon today.
