Hi everyone, I just received an electric smoker for a birthday gift, (friends think I was crazy for not asking for jewelry). I found this forum while looking for information on some issues I am having. The smoking thing is all new to me but since we do a lot of entertaining, I have been wanting to try this method. Y'all will probably hear a lot from me.
