Hi Folks

Just registered and very new to smoking but very keen.

Lived in South Africa for 42 years and moved to Australia 3 weeks ago.

Not sure where to start but will most probably looking at the Weber Smokey Mountain.

Looking forward to all "old hands" advice and guidance.

Welcome to a new forum member and new "down under" resident.  Lots of good advice here.  I'm still fairly new and I started with and am still with an ECB (better known now as my UECB with all the mods I have done).  I can't say that a WSM would be a bad investment, as it is pretty popular around here.

Welcome from down south.Mistygully.com.au. Good place to start they distribute all sorts of stuff but in particular Masterbuilt,AMZPS,pellets cures etc.Cant speak highly enough of my dealings with them over the last year. MICK
