Hi, I’m new here and saw y’all wanted an introduction post. I’ve been smoking meat off and on for over 25 years. Most of that was done while on active duty in the Air Force because we’ll you know military folks can eat! Got out of the AF, went to college, found a job, bought a house.
Lately I’ve been on a hiatus from any big cooks as I’ve been spending most of my time either with work, or at home doing the pandemic home renovation thing.
I’m traditionally a stick burner smoker guy but have been using an UDS lately. Here’s my latest build, should be able to do a paint cure and seasonings burn next weekend.
