Howdy fellow smoked meat lovers,

Not new to smoking but just stepped up my game. Went from my Smokey Hollow 28" electric to 44" Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite Propane. Family got me Bass Pro Gifts cards for Christmas and had the price match Cabelas. Sale price at Cabelas was $227 from $349!

Looking into converting to NG, No issue running gas line and installing to smoker, been there, done that, but unsure what orifice size to drill to. Any information that anyone could help with would be GREATLY appreciated.

At least the weather looks good to try it on LP this weekend! Thank goodness for Global Warming! ;)

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a pretty nice day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of          great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Thanks Gary,
Pretty nice here in SW Ohio for mid January!
Just getting my new Masterbuilt 44" propane conditioned for first use. May rub a couple butts tonight and smoke tomorrow. Gonna put a mess of meat through this smoker this year.
