Just joined this morning. Have smoked many a turkey, fish, cheese, chicken, ribs, jerky ect. Kind of got away from smoking a few years age when my charcoal smoker finally rotted away. Just got a new grill with built in gas smoker. Have only used a couple of times so far. Going to smoke a 7 LB. Turkey breast for Thanksgiving. My wife and I grow orchids, fishing, camping, like to go tour place in NC. Mountains. Being in the woods.
