Just saying what's up from so cal. New to the smoking world. I started with a stainless mini wsm I built. Did some chicken, girlfriend, friends, and coworkers loved it. So I worked up to tri tip, smoked a pizza, and did a pork shoulder a few months ago. I try to smoke something on Sunday's.
Currently build a uds, hope I am able to entertain this Sunday with brisket and pulled pork.my
