Hi, does anybody knows what smoker is this?

I have an Oklahoma Joe's Highland for some time now... but I'm looking for to get a better one..., thicker steel, all welded , more cooking space, all the good stuff. So I came accross this one at marketplace but the image is so blurry that I cannot see what that is. Please check the image.

Does anybody have an idea of what that is?
