Been using a Webber Kettle for the past 10 years or so and have just bought myself a pellet grill and a dedicated smoker is on the cards as well.l. Trying to learn as much as I can from the masters of BBQing, the Americans!!! Will help out where I can and look forward to meating you  all. From the land downunder about 2 hours north of Sydney.
